Valencia is the land of paella; different types and flavors with one common denominator: the authenticity and genuine taste of rice from the Spanish Levant.

We’re foodies and gourmets; we’ll show you the best places to eat the best paellas in Valencia and the surrounding area, and you’ll also enjoy the best motorcycle routes to get there.

And since we’re in a land of vineyards, where fantastic wines with an unmistakable Mediterranean touch have been produced since Roman times, we’ll visit a winery and its vineyards where you’ll learn to love Mediterranean wines.

We’ll also explore urban tourism, discovering historical treasures like Valencia’s central market, considered one of the most beautiful in the world; its historic center; its cathedral; and, of course, we won’t miss Calatrava’s modern architecture in the City of Arts and Sciences…

Visit to the City of Sciences.
Route through Saler and Albufera.

Route to the Safor region.
Visit to the Simat de Valldigna Monastery.
