El Cid Campeador was a famous medieval Castilian knight who fought against the Taifas Kingdoms and their Emirs and sometimes against the Christian kings themselves (whom I often did not surrender to), always at the command of their own hosts.
Today friend of Emirs and enemies of Christian Kings, and tomorrow the opposite; always fighting for their interests and that of theirs, their agreements and wars with each other, worthy of the best diplomacy and of characters of any chapter of House of Cards, if we compare it with today.
In this experience, we will visit the areas of eastern Spain through which El Cid passed.
In this experience we will enjoy many medieval castles, most of them in perfect condition.
We will visit the regions of Maestrazgo, with its beautiful Morella as main area. After, on Calamocha road we will arrive to Mirambell and Cantavieja, with individual áreas, and walled villages.
We will place our rest area for 2 nights at the Glamping Camp of Tierra-Safari (collaborating company), in order to discover the beauty of the jiloca valley and the castles of Peracense, Molina de Aragón and Daroca.
Next, we will leave Albarracín and its beautiful wall to reach Cuenca and enjoy the beauty of its famous hanging houses, its sickles and the beautiful karstic landscape of the Enchanted City. We will end the trip back to Valencia, not without passing through a beautiful wine-growing area full of vineyards.
This Experience is fantastic because 90% of its route runs along roads with very little traffic, perfect for a motorcycle ride, for visiting more than eight castles and medieval walled cities, for its unique landscapes and of course, for the exclusive experience of a Glamping Camp in the middle of nowhere, where we will dine in the light of the stars.
Ah! And do not forget that we are a foodies and inveterate gourmets, so in this experience we will delight you with the best typical dishes of the area, and all this watered with the best wines… Mmmm!

- Route from Morella to Calamocha.
